100,000 SF of biotech space in a 1.8 acre redevelopment in Cambridgeport

Formerly a truck depot, 40 Erie was Lyme’s first building in Cambridge and the anchor of what would become Fort Washington Research Center. Lyme contributed to the restoration and rededication of Fort Washington Park across the street, the oldest surviving fortification from the Revolutionary War (more info).
